Horror Ball

I've been waiting for an event like this...

Horror Ball presented by Material boy
The Big Old Carpark109 Dudley Street West Melbourne VIC Australia
Saturday 4 November 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Tickets: $25 presale
Dress: Scary

Headline: Midnight Juggernauts
Support Acts: Children Collide, Goons of Doom, The Amazing Phillips Sisters, Muscles
DJ's: Comets, Earth, Blingred, Bongmist

Get tickets/info here

Yay indie electro thingy!
For only $25 how good is that? Geez my blog has turned into a shameless advertising slot. But really, I'm just trying to spread the word because it would be fun to go to this with a bunch of people.

I can safely say that the Midnight Juggernauts are awesome, as I saw them at Parklife. As for the rest of the line up, they're not half bad either:) Let me know if you're interested and I can grab you a ticket when I get mine, hopefully before they sell out and we have to pay $35 on the door, ewwwww.

Damnit, Horror ball! Just when I'm out of town too. I hope some of you acid zombies and space cadets get your costumes together and scarify this event in my honour. I'll sit at home and watch Evil Dead 3 and imagine what could have been.

Hey manic, sorry for the tardiness of this reply I had merely to ensure that I had no other (work) engagements this Saturday and since I do not then I can find no reason not to attend this so called Horror Ball.

So if you haven't got your tickets yet maybe I could have one?

Also, how exactly does one go about dressing scarily. Does it mean gothic? I guess I could find some black eyeshadow but maybe it means really scary in which case a white sheet with two holes (for seeing) would be my dress of choice.
